The Team USA Code of Conduct
1. Treat all opponents with courtesy and respect. ("Friendly Banter" is appreciated, however, whos ancestor swung through the trees is irrelevant and usually counter productive).
2 Refrain from using profanity in game related functions.
3. Abide by all agreed game rules without exception.
4. Agree that the game host has final word concerning his game room.
5. Refrain from claiming victory or excessive boasting during games. (Everyone knows who won, better to wait and be congratulated).
6. Team game rules will be pre-established. When entering an unknown "Open" game on the internet a Team USA member will announce his presence (whenever possible) and inquire about game rules in effect. (or "Don't fire unless fired upon.")
7. No member will remain in a game after being asked to leave by the game host.
8. Refrain from using any deceptive tactic ie. Telling an opponent he is hit when he is not.
9. Eject immediately upon notification of being hit.
10. If a new player enters a Team USA hosted game and makes no contact, A Team USA player will Announce (if possible) any game rules in effect.
11. Refrain from using "game cheats" or software modifications in "Open" games without the permission of the game host.
12. Refrain from using such tactics as: Using the Eject feature or crashing to deny an opponent a score.
13. Refrain from advertising the faults and shortcomings of others. (Lead by Example).
14. Report to the "Forum" all discovered game bugs.
15. Agree to abide by any Amended "Codes of Conduct" adopted (by the W.A.C.O. League Council of Team Captains) in future.
1a. When an E-Team-USA Member enters an "Open" game. After learning the game rules he will always join on the side of the underdogs. Or against Any organized team in the majority. If E-Team-USA is in the Majority or has any obvious advantage in an "Open" game one or more Members as required will "Turn Traitor" on a volunteer basis and join the underdogs.

M200104 Members may be Suspended, removed/deleted for conduct violations. May be for a specific interval or indefinite suspension.

M200111 The League Rep. will conduct voting and register new teams. In case of a voting tie or member dispute The League Rep. will act as mediator/tiebreaker. The decision of the mediator is final.
M200112 Admin will answer questions and e-mails. Be the initial contact person, promote and defend League policy and interests. In charge of league recruiting. In charge of league level (inter-team) competition. Primary duty is to keep the peace between the teams within the league. Refer any disputes not quickly resolved to the Council for disposition.
M200113 Pilots will belong to only 1 team. For Competition that effects team standings. Pilots may compete with any 1 team of their choice. No pilot will compete on/with more than 1 team.

M200116 SIN-USA (Scott) Veto power in Council for the interests of E-Team.
M200117 Suspended Pilot may be re-instated. Pilot must re-apply and request re-instatement. After 1yr probationary period. Requires unanimous council vote.
M200118 Pilot/member =V=theProf Re-instated. Admin. to monitor conduct for 12 month probation period and recommend to council for permanent status if no incidents. Admin instructed to revoke membership status if probation terms violated.
M200119 A) Increases team size to 16 pilots.
B) Establishes an "Inactive Reserve" of 4 pilots for each team.
M200120 The Admin. and Rep. will submit motions to the council in their final form for approval by vote before implementation.
